How TelBuddy Works

TelBuddy is a dashboard, not a carrier. It sits on top of an account you already own — Twilio, Telnyx, or both — and gives it a shared inbox, an AI receptionist, a phone-menu builder, and a dialer.

Nothing is shared or pooled. Your numbers, your API credentials, your billing relationship with the carrier stays directly between you and them. TelBuddy charges one flat monthly membership for the software; the carrier bills your texting and calling usage separately, at their own published rates.

Provider is set per phone number, not per account, so a single TelBuddy dashboard can run some numbers on Twilio and others on Telnyx — same inbox, same team, same features, your choice of carrier underneath.

Pricing: Solo is $4.99/mo for one number connection. Team Pro is $9.99/mo for unlimited numbers and multi-user team access with admin/agent roles.
