Twilio or Telnyx: What's the Difference

Inside TelBuddy, Twilio and Telnyx numbers behave almost identically: shared inbox, MMS, templates, AI drafts, call forwarding, voicemail, business-hours routing, the IVR builder, the AI Voice Receptionist, and the in-app dialer all work the same way regardless of carrier.

The one real capability difference: on a Twilio number, the AI Voice Receptionist can transfer a call to a whole team simultaneously (a ring group). On Telnyx, it transfers to one destination at a time. Everything else is genuinely equivalent.
