Building Your First Phone Menu

The IVR builder lets you create a phone menu ("Press 1 for Sales, Press 2 for Support") without writing any code. Click + Add Menu Node to create a menu, then fill in a form: what plays when a caller reaches it, which digit does what, and where each option goes next.

To be clear about what this is: it's a click-and-fill-in-a-form builder, not a drag-and-drop canvas. Every option is genuinely no-code, just not built by dragging boxes around.

Once a menu is saved, it applies immediately to any number it's assigned to.
