Do I need a TelBuddy account before buying a setup service?
Yes, because a setup service configures your account, so the account has to exist first. New accounts start with a 7-day free trial on any monthly plan, so you can start one, then add a setup service and we'll build everything out for you before the trial is even over.
Is this a subscription or a recurring charge?
Neither. Every setup service is a single one-time payment. There is no recurring fee, no retainer, and no ongoing management contract attached to it.
Why is the price based on my plan?
Because the work scales with the account. Configuring 2 phone numbers is genuinely less work than configuring 50, so a Starter account pays less than an Enterprise account for the same named service. Your exact price is confirmed at checkout from your actual plan.
How long does setup take?
We reach out within one business day to confirm exactly what you want, and most setups are finished within a few business days of that conversation. Complex multi-number IVR trees can take longer, and we'll tell you upfront if yours will.
Can I get a discount?
Yes. If you're on an annual core plan, every setup service is 50% off, applied automatically at checkout. You don't need a coupon code.
What if I want to change things later?
Everything we configure is yours, in your own dashboard, and you can edit any of it yourself at any time. We're not building something locked away that only we can touch.

No, and we want to be straight about that. A2P 10DLC Brand and Campaign registration happens directly with your carrier and requires your business's real legal and EIN information. No third party can complete it for you. We can configure everything else around it.
