The SMS platform starts at $19/mo for the Starter plan (2 numbers, 2 seats) and scales up through Growth ($39/mo), Commercial ($79/mo), and Enterprise ($149/mo) with more connected numbers and team seats. Every plan includes the same no-code phone menu (IVR), call forwarding, voicemail, and business-hours routing. Plans differ only by numbers and seats. Annual billing is available on every tier for 2 months free. AI voice and SMS are an optional add-on available on any plan.
Do I have to pay for AI?
No. AI is completely optional. The core SMS and phone-system features work on the base memberships without any AI plan.
Are there extra Twilio or Telnyx fees?
TelBuddy is the software layer on top of your own Twilio or Telnyx account, so you continue to pay your carrier directly for usage at their published rates. TelBuddy never marks up telecom. The monthly membership covers the dashboard, phone-system tools, and team features.
