Running Twilio and Telnyx at the Same Time

You're never forced to choose one carrier. Provider is set per phone number, not per account, so a single TelBuddy dashboard can run some numbers on Twilio and others on Telnyx — all inside the same shared inbox, same team, same dashboard.

This is useful for redundancy (not depending on a single carrier's uptime for every number) or simply for using whichever carrier makes sense for a specific number or use case.
