Connecting Your Telnyx Account

Same screen as Twilio: System Management → Phone Numbers → API Keys tab. Paste in your Telnyx API key, save it, then use the Sync from Telnyx button to pull in your numbers.

You don't have to choose between Twilio and Telnyx — a single TelBuddy account can run both at once, with different numbers on each carrier, all inside the same shared inbox.

Almost everything works identically once a number is synced: texting, forwarding, voicemail, business-hours routing, the IVR builder, and the AI Voice Receptionist. The one real difference: on Telnyx, the AI can transfer a call to one destination at a time, while Twilio numbers can also ring a whole team simultaneously (a ring group).
