Full View: Contact Info and a Real Notes Log

Full View (open it from the contact popover on any phone number) shows everything TelBuddy knows about that customer in one place: the complete message history with them, and editable contact info — name, business/company name, and email.

Notes are a real log, not a single field you can accidentally overwrite. Each note is its own dated card, written by whoever added it, with its own delete button — so a typo or a change of mind on one note never wipes out the rest of the history.

Notes can optionally carry one attached file: a photo, a PDF, a spreadsheet, or a Word/Excel document, up to 15MB. That's useful for anything from a signed form to a photo of a job site.

The contact fields are intentionally generic (name, business, email) rather than tailored to one industry — the same system works whether you're running a real estate office, an insurance agency, a restaurant, or a car lot.
