Call, Text, and Notes From Any Number

Click any customer's phone number inside a message in the inbox and a small menu appears with four options:

• 📞 Call — opens the in-app dialer with that number already filled in.
• 💬 Text — jumps straight to the reply composer for that conversation.
• 📝 Notes — a quick view of saved notes for that number, with a field to add a new one.
• 👤 Full View — the complete profile: full message history, contact info, and the full notes log with attachments.

This works the same way regardless of which carrier the conversation is happening on.
