Using Message Templates

If you find yourself typing the same answer over and over, save it as a template. In the reply composer, look for Quick Insert — templates you've saved show up there and can be dropped into a reply with one click, then edited before sending if needed.

Templates can include an attached image, so a saved reply can carry a photo, a flyer, or a screenshot along with the text every time it's used.

Manage your saved templates from the composer's template menu — add, edit, or delete them anytime.
