Admin vs. Agent Roles

Team Pro accounts can invite teammates under two roles: Admin, who has full access to account settings, billing, and every number, and Agent, a more limited role focused on day-to-day inbox and calling work rather than account configuration.

This lets you bring people onto your TelBuddy account to help with texting and calls without handing them control over billing, integrations, or account-wide settings.
