A2P 10DLC: What TelBuddy Does and Doesn't Do

A2P 10DLC is an industry-wide carrier requirement for business text messaging in the US — it applies the same way on Telnyx as it does on Twilio, and it isn't something TelBuddy invented or controls.

To be direct about it: TelBuddy does not register your A2P 10DLC Brand or Campaign for you. That registration happens directly with your carrier, requires your business's real legal and EIN information, and can't be shortcut by any third-party dashboard, TelBuddy included.
